This was an outdated looking home in a very nice setting. The kitchen was cramped and dark, the dining room uninviting and there was no family room to speak of. We added on a dining room and family room and opened up the kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and a skylight, then added a two story covered entryway, replaced old windows and completely updated the kitchen.
