The Flowers Residence:
This was a nice home in a good neighborhood that had been outgrown by the family and needed some upgrades. A new entryway was built between the house and detached garage that included a powder room and much needed storage space. The laundry room, which had been next to a small kitchen, was relocated to the basement, and the extra space was used to expand the kitchen and the breakfast nook. New hardwood and tile floors throughout and a completely new and upgraded kitchen updated the home while making it more complimentary to the homeowner's lifestyle. The back porch was enlarged and enclosed, and the double hung windows are removeable to create a cool screen porch during the summer. The custom built-in benches were designed to store the windows and double as twin beds. |

The Gaffin Addition and Remodel:
This was an outdated looking home in a very nice setting. Take a look at the exciting transformation. |

The Hohl Addition:
Capturing some unused attic space and adding a new dormer made an awkward multi-use upstairs room into a handsome and well-organized home office. |

The Hedges Remodel:
This home was built as a model home for the Lakemont community and was used for some time as a sales center. |

The Clark Addition and Remodel:
This was a technically challenging project that was done in several stages. The job required a lot of ingenuity but the improvement was remarkable. |
